No matter your desire, we've got you covered. Some people may want more of a 1-on-1 approach, whereas, another individual may be looking for a group setting. Or you might that busy executive that needs a good workout routine and accountability. Whatever your approach, we are here to help you reach your health and wellness goals.
1-On- 1 Personal Training - with our 1-on-1 personal training service, you will get the knowledge and strategies to safely guide you to a better body. Our sessions last anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour long at our location, at your home or at an outside location.
Nutritional Counseling - Coach Jyn is here to help you take control of your nutrition. Her approach is by listening to her clients' needs and what they want to accomplish, learning how they live, discovering what's really important to them, and working together to create the right nutrition and exercise approach based on their goals and lifestyle. She has an enduring commitment to the foundations of wellness and deep health, as they relate to the mind-body-spirit connection within all of us.
Weight Loss Coaching - There is a difference between personal training and weight loss coaching. While they both are about accountability and motivation, one is more about technique, while the other is about strategy.
Jyn and I will coach you back to wellness through our holistic approach. Most times, weight gain isn't necessarily about the food, but more about lifestyle. What are your sleep habits?
