"I’m a seasoned African-American woman who worked hard and fulfilled what I felt was my calling as a psychiatrist. Growing up and during my training, I experienced numerous Microaggressions and slights. Over time, I realized I was dissatisfied and suffered burnout during the COVID pandemic.  I knew I had to make a change, but I didn’t know how. 

I came across the RTT method and while participating in the process, I became aware of some of the messages I had internalized. Despite education and qualifications, my life experiences deposited some unconscious limiting beliefs that played out in my choices. I found the RTT experience liberating. I want to offer this powerful tool for your transformation supported by my clinical expertise to help you realize your dreams.
