I can't say enough about this step. I truly believe that if more people really knew the value of having a coach, we wouldn't be in the predicament we are in today with regards to obesity.


Here's a question for you; What sports team has ever won a championship without a coach? I can't think of one. Even to this day, Tiger Woods has a coach and so do top tennis players like Serena Williams and Roger Federer.

Why would these top athletes have a coach? They know that their chances of success are higher. They know a coach will hold them accountable, push them past their limits and help them achieve their goals.


So, how can a coach help you reach your weight loss goals? Well, just as a winning sports team or a successful business person has a plan of action, a weight loss coach will provide a safe and effective action plan. A coach will work with you 1-on-1 to put all the pieces together, help you examine what's going right and what areas need improvement.

A good coach should have a step-by-step plan for you to follow that fits within your lifestyle. In short, a coach can only succeed if you succeed.

Guys, I have some good news! You know I started about 10 weeks ago on my health journey along with my wife. Not because of a bad doctor report but because we wanted to be "Fit For The Kingdom". So not to keeping you waiting for the good news, here it is. "Drum Roll" please! The good news is that when I got on the scales this morning at the doctor office and when the numbers on the scales final stop, I have lost 27 pounds in 10 weeks. Thank you Jesus! I am on my way to becoming "Fit For The Kingdom". Again, I would like to say thanks to my lovely and beautiful wife Tammy Brown Koonce who has also lost 10 pounds and to the fitness coach of the year Coach Todd Cheek. God desires for us to live our best life and being healthy is very good start. Please continue to pray for me as I continue on this journey.

In January this year I turned 55 years old. I was overweight- 167 lbs.  I started working out with Todd the third week of the new year.  He has helped me so much to meet my goals.  At this point I have lost over 20 lbs, fat and inches. Still want to lose 6-7 more; we will get it!!!

Great experience working out with Todd. He put a system in place for a detox at the beginning and gave me a meal plan to follow and I put the work in to lose the weight and accomplished my goals with him of 20 lbs lost. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. Very friendly and easy to talk to. I would recommend him for anybody looking for a persona trainer.
